Established in 2011, Collège Français Bilingue de Londres provides French-English bilingual education to 700 students aged 3 to 15 years old.
Safety, well-being and eagerness to discover new things are at the heart of the philosophy of our “home of learning”.
We strive to create a relationship of trust with parents, who see their children flourish at CFBL.
As an English speaker whose French is limited to ordering meals and buying train tickets I was cautious about joining CFBL, but motivated to support my son's French. I - and he - could not be happier here: his French is excellent and he is supported by a truly bilingual, approachable team who ensure that I never feel out of the loop.
Striking a fine balance between the high expectations of a French education and a more rounded approach, this small school in the heart of Kentish Town is cherished by families for its vibrant cultural and super bilingual environment. Bravo!
CFBL has enabled my two daughters to achieve their full potential in secondary; between kindness and firmness, this school has found the right balance to give our children confidence in the future and a thirst for learning.
We are leaving our “home of learning” with a heavy heart, but we are happy that CFBL turned out to be everything we’d hoped for, with all the qualities necessary to our children’s progress and well-being.
And above all, our children are happy to go there every morning.
Our team guides and supports students every step of the way.
CFBL is closed for the holidays, until Monday 6 January.
You can still apply online, or register for an open day, at any time via our website.
Happy holidays and have a lovely break!
