The Year 7 (6ème) integration trip, a highly anticipated annual event, took place from September 25th to 27th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience for all participants.
The students stayed at the Kingswood Centre on the Isle of Wight, which offered comfortable accommodation, delicious meals, and a variety of captivating activities. The students enjoyed archery, ziplining, wall climbing, and team-building exercises. Highlights included the Culver Walk and a lively disco night.
The team-building activities were a significant part of the trip, designed to encourage cooperation and camaraderie. The students participated in problem-solving challenges and group games that required them to work together and support each other. These activities not only boosted their confidence but also helped them develop communication and leadership skills. The integration experience was further enhanced by the mixed group assignments, allowing students to interact with peers they might not have known well before.
The combination of adventure and team-building exercises provided a perfect environment for personal development and social bonding. Everyone returned with beautiful memories, a sense of accomplishment, and a strengthened connection with their classmates.
