Student Entry
Willes Road Gate: Students will enter through this gate, which will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Once inside, students will check their class lists posted in the courtyard and line up while waiting for their homeroom teachers to come and collect them.
Parent Access
Restricted Access: Parents are not allowed to enter the school premises.
Information on Pronote: Students’ timetables will be available on Pronote later in the day. New parents will receive their temporary login credentials via email. A paper version of the timetable will also be distributed to the students.
Daily Schedule
The first day back for middle school students will be a half-day, organized as follows:
Morning:
6th Grade Classes: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM*
5th Grade Classes: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM*
Afternoon:
4th Grade Classes: 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM**
3rd Grade Classes: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM**
* Tests for New Students:
All new 6th and 5th grade students at CFBL will take an English placement test from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Those who have not yet taken the International Section entrance test will do so from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
** Tests for New 4th and 3rd Grade Students:
4th and 3rd grade students joining CFBL this year will take an English placement test from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Lunch Service
Half-Board: Lunch service will not be available for secondary school students on Wednesday, September 4th.
School Supplies, Uniform and Digital Textbooks

School uniform can be purchased at Ace sports, 6 Fortess Rd, London NW5 2ES or online here.
For this half-day of school, scheduled for Wednesday, September 4th, students do not need to bring all of their school supplies. They only need to bring writing materials. Starting from Thursday, September 5th, classes will follow the established timetables, except for English support, FLS (French support), and the International Option, which will begin the week of September 9th.
To reduce the weight of backpacks, the secondary school uses digital textbooks. These textbooks will be accessible on Pronote or through a dedicated platform, available online or offline. They are not intended for use in class, as physical copies are available for students at CFBL.
Back-to-School Parent Meetings
Back-to-school meetings for secondary school parents will be held in person at CFBL, according to the following schedule:
Monday, September 9th at 5:15 PM: 6th grade parents
Tuesday, September 10th at 5:15 PM: 5th grade parents
Wednesday, September 11th at 5:15 PM: 4th grade parents
Thursday, September 12th at 5:15 PM: 3rd grade parents
These meetings are an opportunity to meet the teachers and become familiar with the upcoming school year.
