On Friday 20 May, we are organising a sponsored Miracle Friday run to help the Ukrainian people in their time of need. Students, parents and staff of CFBL will meet at Hampstead Heath on Friday 20 May at 6.20am. You can choose your group depending on your mood and level of fitness:
Budding athletes: warm-up, jogging, games, climbing the Heath
Beginners: 1km run followed by a 2.5km run
Confirmed athletes: 5km run around the lake
