We are thrilled to announce that students in Years 8, 9, and 10 are invited to join NASA's Virtual Guest Programme, an inspiring initiative that brings the wonders of space exploration and scientific discovery directly into the classroom. Through this virtual programme, students will have the chance to engage with NASA’s latest missions and explore the fascinating world of space science.
NASA’s Virtual Guest Programme offers an exciting range of activities, including live streams of rocket launches, webinars with NASA scientists, and behind-the-scenes tours of NASA facilities. Students can immerse themselves in the ongoing missions to the International Space Station, the upcoming Artemis missions to the Moon, and future plans for human exploration of Mars.
Participating in this programme will provide students with a unique opportunity to broaden their horizons, learn more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and be inspired by some of the world’s leading experts in space exploration.
To learn more about NASA’s Virtual Guest Programme and to see what’s in store, we encourage you to watch this introductory video: NASA Virtual Guest Programme Video.
We hope this programme will ignite a passion for space exploration and scientific discovery in our students. Parents are encouraged to discuss this opportunity with their children and support them in engaging with NASA’s amazing educational resources.
We look forward to seeing many of our students take advantage of this exciting opportunity! Please contact Mr Berland if you have any questions or need additional information.
