CFBL Pupils Shine at United Nations Conference

The United Nations conference held at Lycée International Winston Churchill has just come to a successful conclusion, and we couldn’t be prouder of our CFBL pupils!

Representing their assigned countries, our students actively participated in a series of engaging debates on some of the world’s most pressing issues. The conference provided an invaluable opportunity for them to step into the shoes of diplomats, honing their public speaking, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.

Discussions spanned a wide array of global challenges, including:

  • The safety of journalists in conflict zones,

  • Limits and violations of the right to protest,

  • The war on human trafficking,

  • Minority rights in post-Yugoslav states, among other significant topics.

Each debate required thorough preparation, research, and diplomacy, and our pupils met the challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism. They demonstrated not only an impressive understanding of international affairs but also a deep commitment to finding solutions through cooperation and dialogue.

This experience reflects CFBL’s dedication to cultivating global citizens who are informed, empathetic, and engaged with the world around them. We extend our congratulations to all our students for their hard work and success.

Bravo to our future changemakers!
