This academic year, the Secondary English department has started a classroom initiative to encourage our students to read. Their English teacher has set a day each week for the students to bring an English novel of their choice. During this time, students will simply read for pleasure, at their own pace. The purpose is to promote literacy, with the hopes that students will keep reading outside of class. Their teachers, as well as Mme. Percetti are available with recommendations.
