The Year 8 classes (group 1) worked on the different ways of writing a scenario, and wrote the modernisation of the short story "Le Collier" (The Necklace) by Guy de Maupâssant. They performed their modernisation of the novella (the last 3 scenes of Climax to Resolution) around the theme of honesty and materialism on Friday 2 February. For each class, spectators voted to decide who would receive the Best Performance/Screenplay Award.
